The delegate feature is often used by executive assistants, approvers temporarily filling in for teammates and finance administrators to help colleagues submit expenses for reconciliation and reimbursement. Chrome River offers three types of delegates:

• The regular delegate can add receipts, reconcile card transactions and submit expenses on behalf of of an executive or traveling colleague.
• The approval delegate can temporarily review expenses and pre-approvals on behalf of a manager or approver who is out-of-office. Like other users, these delegates can review, approve and deny expenses directly from email.
• The superdelegate can create and submit expense reports for multiple travelers or executives.
